Follow these steps to practice Pushan Mudra:
Right Hand:
- Touch the tips of your index finger, middle finger and thumb together.
- Extend the other fingers outward, palm facing up.
Left Hand:
- Touch the tips of your middle finger, ring finger and thumb together.
- Extend the other fingers outward, palm facing up.
