STEPS : Keep all the weight on one leg and keep straight Lean forward and bring your arms forward. Lift your left leg parallel to the ground or floor. Make sure that your arms, shoulders, body, and left leg are in straight alignment. Hold the position for some time, exhale and come back to the original position and repeat with the other leg.
