STEPS : From a standing position, the legs are in a wide stance with the feet aligned and flat on the earth. The back foot is in a 60-degree angle toward the front. The hips are squared. The inner thighs are rotated toward each other. The front knee is bent in a 90-degree angle directly above the ankle. The ribcage is lifted. The hands are resting on the hips. The shoulder blades are back and down, squeezing together. The lower body stays static. The upper torso gently bends forward from the crease of the hip with a straight line. The gaze is forward.
