Supported Headstand with Toes on the Ground
STEPS : From your Box, drop to your forearms and interlace your fingers (pinky fingers spoon). Drop the crown of your head between your forearms allowing your interlaced fingers to cradle your head. Keep your forearms narrow to create a strong base and to protect your neck. Curl your toes under and straighten your legs. Begin walking your feet closer to your head until your hips are stacked over your shoulders. Engage your abdominals and keep pressing your forearms into the ground so there is little weight on the crown of your head.
