STEPS : Rise onto your knees and shins, tops of your feet down. Keep your knees hip-width apart. Shoulders, hips, and knees in line. Bring your hands to your lower back. Lift your chest upward and back. Keep pressing your hips forward to keep your hips in line with your knees. Your neck is a natural extension of your spine and your eye gaze is upward.
