Standing Forward Bend Twist - parivrtta uttanasana

STEPS : Begin in a Halfway Lift, then heel-toe your feet about hip-width apart. Place one hand directly center, slightly in front of your feet, either onto your fingertips or palm flat. Take a gentle bend in the same side leg if needed. Extend your opposite arm into the sky and twist your torso upwards, gaze up. Try to stack your shoulder blades and keep your hips squared to the front.
