STEPS : Begin in Box (Cakravākāsana). Stay strong in your core and lower the crown of your head to the floor in between your palms. Actively press your forearms into the ground and keep a strong base by keeping your elbows narrow, in line with your wrists. Curl up your toes and walk your feet in towards your head. Lift one leg up and then the other. Keep your legs together and point through the balls of your feet.
