Revolved Warrior
STEPS : From Warrior I with Prayer Hands, the torso twists toward the sky as the heart opens. The opposite elbow connects with the outside of the front bent knee. T he gaze is toward the sky unless the neck is sensitive then the gaze stays down toward the earth.
