STEPS: Begin standing and step one foot back. Front toes stay facing forward. Back toes can face forward or slightly out to the side. Square your hips by drawing your back hip forward and your front hip back. Lift your arms toward the sky and bring the palms together in prayer position. Actively lift through the crown of your head or option to lift your chin and take a gentle standing backbend.
