Mountain with Open Arm Twist
STEPS : From the Mountain pose, one arm reaches back and the other reaches forward. The ribcage is lifted and the heart is open. The hips and knees stay squared to the front and the twist comes from the midsection. The gaze is toward the backhand, unless it hurts your neck, then the gaze can be forward.
