Matsyendrasana - Lord of the Fishes Pose
STEPS : Begin in Half Lotus with your right foot resting on top of your left thigh. Bend your left knee toward your chest and twist towards the left. Reach around with your left arm and grip your right ankle firmly with your left hand. Twist deeper to bring your right shoulder over your left knee and then grab your left foot with your right hand. Breathe and repeat on the opposite side.
