King Cobra - Raja Bhujangasana

Begin by lying flat on your belly. Place your palms directly under your shoulders and spread your fingers wide. Roll your shoulder blades down your back toward your hips while you squeeze your elbows in toward your ribcage. Spread your legs so your knees reach toward the edges of the mat. Begin to press into your hands and straighten your arms to lift your torso off the mat. Keep your arms by your rib cage and your shoulders rolled away from your ears. Reach your head high and then take the crown of your head up and back. Bend your knees and take your toes toward your head.
