Horizon Lunge
STEPS : Begin in a Lunge with Arm Extended Up. Reach your top arm up higher into the sky then, at the same time, extend it toward the back as you roll onto the edges of your feet. Flex both feet to protect your joints. Firm up your extended leg, drop your hip as low as you can and keep a strong, straight, supporting arm.
