Crooked Monkey on the Forearm
STEPS : Begin in Lizard on the Knee. Send your back knee as far back as possible to avoid being directly on the kneecap. \Keep your front knee in line with your front ankle. Flex your front foot to protect your ankle and allow your thigh to open outward. Stay grounded in your outside forearm, shoulder over elbow. Bend your back heel towards your body and reach for your foot with your inside hand. Pull your heel close towards you for a hamstring stretch. Push your heel into your hand for a thoracic spine opening and gaze over your top shoulder towards your foot.
