Bakasana Kakasana - Crane Crow Pose
Come to a squatting position with both feet together. Separate your knees but keep your feet together. Spread your fingers wide and press your palms and fingertips into the mat. Come up high on your toes and lift your hips as high as possible. Keeping straight arms, place your knees up into your armpits, engage your core and begin to hinge forward. Once your toes lift off the ground, find your balance and pull your heels up close to your sit bones. Keep your chin lifted and gaze slightly forward on the ground.
