This cucumber pineapple smoothie is a creamy delicious drink made full of “good-for-you” ingredients. It’s my latest favorite way to pack lots of goodness into a drink. Perfect for a hot summer day!

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
- 1 cup cubed cucumber
- 10-15 mint leaves – spearmint
- 1- inch ginger
- 1 apple
- 1 cup water or fresh juice
Instructions

Peel the skin of the cucumber and chop/slice it. Chop the pineapple pieces and apple. Peel the skin of ginger.
- Now add them one by one to the blender and blend them to prepare your smoothie. I used blend tec blender in smoothie mode.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it immediately to get the best out of all the ingredients!
