Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen dragon fruit (cubed)
- ½ cup frozen mango (cubed)
- ⅓ cup frozen strawberries
- 1-2 Tablespoons protein powder of choice (I use unflavoured collagen peptides) optional
- ⅔-¾ cup unsweetened milk of choice (I use oat milk) (regular or vegan)
Toppings ideas :
- strawberry
- blueberry
- sliced banana
- chia seeds
- shredded coconut
Instructions

This recipe makes 1 smoothie. If making for two, double the recipe.

Add all ingredients into a blender, then blend until smooth.

Add more milk if the smoothie seems too thick.
