Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen dragon fruit (cubed)
  • ½ cup frozen mango (cubed)
  • ⅓ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1-2 Tablespoons protein powder of choice (I use unflavoured collagen peptides) optional
  • ⅔-¾ cup unsweetened milk of choice (I use oat milk) (regular or vegan)

Toppings ideas :

  • strawberry
  • blueberry
  • sliced banana
  • chia seeds
  • shredded coconut

 

 

Instructions

  1. This recipe makes 1 smoothie. If making for two, double the recipe.

  2. Add all ingredients into a blender, then blend until smooth.

  3. Add more milk if the smoothie seems too thick.

  4. Pour into a glass, top with chia seeds or shredded coconut if desired, and enjoy!
