Ingredients
- 5 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 (3-ounce) pkgs. frozen unsweetened açaí puree
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 peeled banana, frozen and divided
- ½ cup coconut water
- ¼ cup prepared granola
- ¼ cup fresh blackberries
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
- 2 tablespoons ground flax meal
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Coarse sea salt, to garnis
Instructions

Blend dates, açaí puree, blueberries, ½ a banana, and coconut water until thick and smooth.

Add more coconut water if too thick to blend.
- Pour mixture into two small bowls
- evenly divide the remaining ingredients to top both bowls, forming separate rows of each ingredient.
- Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
