Blueberry acai bowl

Ingredients

  • 5 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 (3-ounce) pkgs. frozen unsweetened açaí puree 
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 peeled banana, frozen and divided
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ¼ cup prepared granola
  • ¼ cup fresh blackberries
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Coarse sea salt, to garnis

Instructions

  1. Blend dates, açaí puree, blueberries, ½ a banana, and coconut water until thick and smooth.

  2. Add more coconut water if too thick to blend.

  3. Pour mixture into two small bowls
  4. evenly divide the remaining ingredients to top both bowls, forming separate rows of each ingredient.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
