Follow these steps to practice Bhudi Mudra, up to three times a day:
- Come into a stable sitting posture and bring both hands to the knees, palms facing up.
- Bring the tip of the thumb and the little finger together.
- Extend the other three fingers in a relaxed way.
- Hold the mudra for five to fifteen minutes, whilst engaging in deep, diaphragmatic breathing.
