STEPS :

1. From a standing position, the legs are in a wide stance with the feet aligned and flat on the earth.
2. The back foot is at a 60-degree angle toward the front.
3. The hips are squared
4. The inner thighs are rotated toward each other.
5. The front knee is bent at a 90-degree angle directly above the ankle
6. . The pelvis is tucked. The ribcage is lifted.
7. The arms are by the side body with the hands resting on the hips. The gaze is forward.
