Follow these steps to practice Detoxification Mudra:
- Find a quiet place, free from distraction. Either lie down, sit or stand in a stable and grounded position.
- On both hands, place the tips of your thumbs on the inside of the lower joint of your ring fingers.
- Focus on taking deep, steady, calming breaths.
- This mudra can be practiced at any time, anywhere for as long as required. It is particularly effective if held during meditation.
