Follow these steps to practice Bronchial Mudra:
- Begin by coming to a stable sitting posture and rest the hands on the knees, palms facing up.
- On both hands, place the little finger at the base of the thumb.
- Place the ring fingers on the on the upper thumb joint.
- Place the middle finger on the pad of the thumb.
- Extend the index fingers, and focus on deep, calming breaths.
