STEPS :
- Begin in Mountain with Prayer Hands.
- Find a focal point in front of you and begin to shift your weight to one foot.
- Root down into your standing leg and lift your opposite leg behind you.
- Keep lifting it as you hinge your torso forward to form a giant T.
- Hands stay together at the heart in prayer position.
- Keep your hips square and the knee of your floating leg facing downward.
- Flex your floating foot and engage your grounded leg.
