STEPS :
- From a standing position, the legs are in a wide stance with the feet aligned and flat on the earth.
- The back foot is in a 60-degree angle toward the front. The hips are squared.
- The inner thighs are rotated toward each other.
- The front knee is bent in a 90-degree angle directly above the ankle.
- The ribcage is lifted. The hands are resting on the hips. The shoulder blades are back and down, squeezing together.
- The lower body stays static. The upper torso gently bends forward from the crease of the hip with a straight line. The gaze is forward.
