STEPS :
- The body is inverted and perpendicular to the earth with the legs extended up.
- The weight of the body is balanced between the crown of the head and the palms of the hands with the elbows bent at a 90-degree angle and the fingers forward.
- The head and hands are spaced equally forming an equilateral triangle. The neck is a natural extension of the spine.
- The chin is tucked slightly in toward the sternum.
- The toes are active and the feet reach straight up toward the sky. The gaze is straight.
