STEPS :
- Begin in a Halfway Lift, then heel-toe your feet about hip-width apart.
- Place one hand directly center, slightly in front of your feet, either onto your fingertips or palm flat.
- Take a gentle bend in the same side leg if needed.
- Extend your opposite arm into the sky and twist your torso upwards, gaze up.
- Try to stack your shoulder blades and keep your hips squared to the front.
