STEPS :
- From the Mountain pose, one arm reaches back and the other reaches forward.
- The ribcage is lifted and the heart is open.
- The hips and knees stay squared to the front and the twist comes from the midsection.
- The gaze is toward the backhand, unless it hurts your neck, then the gaze can be forward.
