STEPS :
- From Forearm Balance the knees are bent and the feet are lowered toward the head like the crown of the head lifts and the upper thoracic reaches through to the front.
- To maintain balance the ribs move back and shoulders lower back and away from the ears as the forearms and palms push into the earth.
- The knees may separate but keep the toes together.
- The gaze is forward or up depending on your flexibility.
