STEPS :
- Begin in Half Lotus with your right foot resting on top of your left thigh.
- Bend your left knee toward your chest and twist towards the left.
- Reach around with your left arm and grip your right ankle firmly with your left hand.
- Twist deeper to bring your right shoulder over your left knee and then grab your left foot with your right hand. Breathe and repeat on the opposite side.
