STEPS :
- To enter this asana, begin laying face up on a yoga mat.
- Both legs are extended straight.
- Drawing the right leg in toward the chest, clasp both hands around the knee and pull it into the belly.
- To deepen the pose, lift the head and bring the knee to touch the forehead or the chin.
- Hold the pose for five to 10 breaths, then release and repeat with the left leg.
