STEPS :
- Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position. Your wrists should be directly under your shoulders, and your knees should be directly under your hips.
- Lower your forearms to the mat, keeping them parallel to each other and shoulder-width apart. Your palms should be facing down, and your fingers should be spread wide for stability.
- Tuck your toes under and lift your hips toward the ceiling, coming into Dolphin Pose. Your body should form an inverted V-shape, with your legs and arms straight.
- Engage your core and leg muscles. As you exhale, lift your heels off the mat, rising up onto the balls of your feet. Keep your legs active and straight.
- Hold the pose for a few breaths, feeling the strength and engagement in your shoulders, core, and legs. You can gently lower your heels back to the mat and repeat the toe raises for a few times if you wish.
