STEPS :
- Begin in Lizard on the Knee.
- Send your back knee as far back as possible to avoid being directly on the kneecap.
- \Keep your front knee in line with your front ankle.
- Flex your front foot to protect your ankle and allow your thigh to open outward.
- Stay grounded in your outside forearm, shoulder over elbow.
- Bend your back heel towards your body and reach for your foot with your inside hand.
- Pull your heel close towards you for a hamstring stretch.
- Push your heel into your hand for a thoracic spine opening and gaze over your top shoulder towards your foot.
