STEPS :
- Gradually releasing the leg from One Legged Wheel Pose, bend the elbows slowly bringing the head close to the floor.
- Here while bending the elbows support the crown of the head with the inner palms interlocking the fingers from behind and place the crown within this interlocked fingers for better support.
- Remain here in Dvi Pada Viparita Dandasana, for about 5 breaths or more if possible and watch for the deep stretch at the neck and the chest.
- This pose opens the congestion at the upper part of the spine with a good flow of prana and also bringing in good supply of blood to the brain. Along with the above as the chest and the diaphragm muscles contract well, the heart gets a good support while also functioning well.
