STEPS :
- From Corpse, bend both knees and walk your feet in toward your glutes.
- Bend your elbows and place your palms by your ears.
- Your knees and feet should be hip-width apart with the toes facing forward.
- Your palms should be flat with your fingers facing forward.
- Your head is on the ground and your eye gaze is upward.
