STEPS :
- Keep all the weight on one leg and keep straight
- Lean forward and bring your arms forward.
- Lift your left leg parallel to the ground or floor.
- Make sure that your arms, shoulders, body, and left leg are in straight alignment.
- Hold the position for some time, exhale and come back to the original position and repeat with the other leg.
