STEPS :
- Begin in Box (Cakravākāsana).
- Stay strong in your core and lower the crown of your head to the floor in between your palms.
- Actively press your forearms into the ground and keep a strong base by keeping your elbows narrow, in line with your wrists.
- Curl up your toes and walk your feet in towards your head.
- Lift one leg up and then the other. Keep your legs together and point through the balls of your feet.
