STEPS :
- From your Box, drop to your forearms and interlace your fingers (pinky fingers spoon).
- Drop the crown of your head between your forearms allowing your interlaced fingers to cradle your head.
- Keep your forearms narrow to create a strong base and to protect your neck.
- Curl your toes under and straighten your legs.
- Begin walking your feet closer to your head until your hips are stacked over your shoulders.
- Engage your abdominals and keep pressing your forearms into the ground so there is little weight on the crown of your head.
