STEPS :
- From Handstand, come into your Eagle legs.
- Wrap one thigh behind the other.
- If you can, take the double wrap by hooking your toes behind your opposite calf.
- Keep pressing your weight away from the floor with your palms, straighten through your arms and lift your eye gaze slightly towards your fingers.
