STEPS :
- Come into your Sphinx with your palms flat and your elbows in line with your shoulders.
- On an inhalation, lift your sternum and extend your neck away and take your gaze in one direction.
- Keep your palms and pelvic bone firmly attached to the mat and your legs and heels active.
