STEPS :
- Begin in Standing Firefly (Preparation).
- Turn your arms in, bend your elbows, and clasp your hands around the back of your waistline.
- Drop your forehead down. If needed, sit up just enough that you can get your feet together.
- Bring your legs as close as possible to your shoulders, engage your quadriceps and lift your heels off the floor.
- With your head on the ground, lift one heel and place it behind your head, then the opposite heel and cross your ankles.
- Your legs should cross over your neck as low as possible, not the head.
