STEPS :
- Begin in Side Wide-Legged Forward Bend and bring your inside arm towards your opposite leg to grip your hand around your ankle.
- You may need to shorten your stance. Once you have a grip, press into your opposite ankle and bring your chest through your arms.
- Keep lifting your chest towards the sky to twist your body. Take your eye gaze upward.
