STEPS :
- Begin in a low lunge with the left leg back.
- Bring the hands into prayer.
- Exhale and twist to the right, bringing the left elbow outside of the right knee. Gaze over the right shoulder.
- Breathe while holding the pose.
- Inhale and release. Change sides.
