STEPS :
- From Crescent Lunge, hinge your chest forward from your hips and extend your arms back.
- Pinky fingers up and thumbs down. Your wrists and shoulders are in line and your neck is a natural extension of your spine.
- Straight line from the crown of your head down to your back heel.
- The foot of the front leg is rooted on the earth with the knee directly above and tracking the ankle in a 90-degree angle.
- The back leg is straight, no bend in the knee, and the weight is distributed backwards onto the toes.
