STEPS :
- The weight of the body is seated on the heels with the knees closed and the hands are at the heart in a prayer position.
- The pelvis is tucked.
- The belly is pulled up and in toward the spine.
- The ribcage and chin are lifted.
- The gaze is forward and slightly down.
