STEPS:
- Begin standing and step one foot back.
- Front toes stay facing forward.
- Back toes can face forward or slightly out to the side.
- Square your hips by drawing your back hip forward and your front hip back.
- Lift your arms toward the sky and bring the palms together in prayer position.
- Actively lift through the crown of your head or option to lift your chin and take a gentle standing backbend.
