STEPS :
- Begin in a Lunge with Arm Extended Up.
- Reach your top arm up higher into the sky then, at the same time, extend it toward the back as you roll onto the edges of your feet.
- Flex both feet to protect your joints.
- Firm up your extended leg, drop your hip as low as you can and keep a strong, straight, supporting arm.
