Mustard & Sage Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  1. Whisk together the mustard, sage, garlic, vinegar, and canola oil in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place pork tenderloin in a disk, coat with mustard mixture, and marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Heat barbeque grill over high heat. Grease grill and place tenderloin directly on grill.
  4. On the side facing up, place 5 sage leaves face down and press into meat. Cook on high for approximately 4 minutes, then flip tenderloin over.
  5. Turn heat down to medium and line second side of the tenderloin with remaining sage leaves face down.
  6. Continue cooking, turning occasionally until the interior of the tenderloin reads 155 degress F.
  7. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
