- In a large bowl, toss broccoli slaw, toasted pecans, mandarin oranges and raisins; set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sugar, milk, white wine vinegar, salt and poppy seeds to blend.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well to coat.
- Refrigerate for one hour and serve.
