Foused attention meditation techniques

Focused meditations are best surmised by the classic Zen quote “When sitting sit.”

This  old  Zen  proverb  reminds  us  to  focus  on  what  we’re doing right at this very moment. It is a simple but important lesson that is taught through closed meditations.

To do focused meditations we simply focus on one thing. And just do that one thing, nothing else.
