STEPS :

  1. Begin in chair pose.
  2. Exhale and press the palms together in front of the chest.
  3. Inhale, then exhale and twist to the right. Make sure that the left knee does not move forward.
  4. Breathe while holding the pose.
  5. On the next inhale, untwist and bring the palms together in front of the chest.
  6. Exhale and twist to the left, making sure that the right knee does not move forward.
  7. Breathe while holding the pose.
